The interior is clean, bright, and has a spacious open-plan layout with a beautiful modern kitchen and reverse cycle air conditioning in the kitchen/dining area. Outside, there is a low-maintenance alfresco area and small garden. The property is located about 5 km from both Curtin University and the city, and 10 km to Perth Airport.

The owners have previously approved cats and rabbits on the property but won't allow dogs on welfare grounds (they feel the outdoor area is too small for a dog).
